About the Project

Zogaj Home needed their commercial building in Fushë Kosovë to be instantly recognizable. The existing facade was generic – it could have been any business. Our brief was to transform the exterior into a brand statement that people would notice and remember.

We designed around Zogaj Home’s signature yellow, using it boldly across the facade with modern cladding that gives the building a sharp, contemporary edge. But it is not just about looks – the facade system includes high-performance insulation panels that improve the building’s energy efficiency and durability.

Design Challenge

Turning a plain commercial building into a brand landmark - recognizable from a distance - while also improving the building's thermal performance and using materials that hold up to Kosovo's weather over time.

Our Solution

The client's signature yellow became the design's centrepiece, applied across modern insulated cladding panels that perform as well as they look. The result is a building that is unmistakably Zogaj Home from any angle - bold, clean, and built to last.
