About the Project

This project in Pejë was about creating a living room and kitchen that feel like one connected space – modern, comfortable, and designed for how a family actually lives. The client wanted clean lines and a contemporary feel, but nothing cold or minimal for the sake of it.

We designed an open-plan concept that gives each zone – cooking, dining, relaxation – its own identity while maintaining a seamless flow between them. The colour palette is restrained but warm, the materials are chosen for both aesthetics and durability, and the layout accounts for real daily routines.

Design Challenge

Open-plan living can easily feel like one big undefined room. The challenge was creating distinct zones for cooking, eating, and relaxing without using walls - while keeping everything feeling spacious and connected.

Our Solution

We used subtle material transitions, furniture placement, and lighting zones to define each area. The result feels open and generous, but you instinctively know where the kitchen ends and the living room begins.
