CEO und leitende Architektin
Flaka Sutaj ist CEO und leitende Architektin von Doyenne. Sie hat einen Architekturabschluss mit Spezialisierung auf Innenarchitektur. Sie leitet die Strategie, Designausrichtung und Senior-Projektaufsicht des Studios für Wohn- und Gewerbeprojekte in Kosovo, Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
Creative Director
Euron Pllana ist Creative Director bei Doyenne. Er leitet die kreative Ausrichtung im gesamten Wohn- und Gewerbeportfolio des Studios und betreut die Werks- und Zuliefererbeziehungen, die unsere Realisierungspakete tragen — das Gewerkenetzwerk, die Beschaffung und die Qualitätskontrolle hinter jeder Komplettlösung.

Doyenne's studio is in Pristina, Kosovo — that's where the senior team designs, where drawings are produced, and where most internal reviews happen. For DACH projects we travel monthly: Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Zurich are all a short flight away. Site visits, contractor meetings, and Bauamt coordination happen in person, not over email.
